A technical team from Biovet visited layer farms in Malaysia at the end of April, to show the improvements produced by pronutrients in egg production. In the production of laying hens, the objective is to transform the nutrients coming from the diet (amino acids, energy, minerals and vitamins) into eggs in an efficient way and at the lowest possible cost. For this reason, it is essential that the birds have a healthy intestine in good condition to absorb these nutrients.
“Alquernat Nebsui, is an intestinal conditioner, based on pronutrients (polyphenols, essential oils, polysaccharides) that stimulate the regeneration of enterocytes and improve the state of the intestinal mucosa, in such a way that it increases the productive parameters in layers thanks to the increase of the use of nutrients. In relation to egg production, it improves the absorption of carotenes in the diet, which is related to a greater deposit of carotenes in the yolk, “explained the Dr. Veterinary of the Technical Department of Biovet, Elvira Cano.
Likewise, Cano also alluded to the general tonic Alquerfeed Vitamin Amino Acids L Premium. It is “a nutritional supplement composed of pronutrients (obtained from botanical extracts), a wide variety of water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins and different essential and non-essential amino acids that improve the quality of the yolk, its color and texture”.
Currently, animal breeds have such a genetic potential that they must be fed high energy protein feed from very early ages.
