Between January 24 and 26, 2023, a new edition of the IPPE (International Production & Processing Expo) fair will be organized in Atlanta, USA. Biovet S.A. and IFTA USA Inc. will participate, one more year, with a booth and conference.

IPPE 2023, the most important international fair in the poultry sector, will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center, in Atlanta. With over 1,000 exhibitors, attendees from around the world, and 515,000 m2 of exhibition space, IPPE is the world’s largest annual event in the poultry industry.

Natural additives to regulate intestinal transit in birds

During the fair, the technical-commercial team of Biovet S.A. and IFTA USA Inc. will present one of the newest products developed and marketed worldwide, Alquerfeed Diatom. This product has an effect on the intestinal transit of animals, as it slows it down, to increase the retention time of feed in the digestive tract. In this way, contact with digestive enzymes and intestinal microvilli responsible for nutrient absorption is increased. This generates a positive effect on growth rate, feed efficiency and animal welfare.

Coccidiosis is a disease that affects poultry production worldwide.
