The mycotoxin binder Alquerfeed Antitox, registered in Belarus

Biovet S.A. Laboratories received the approval of the registration of the brand Alquerfeed Antitox in Belarus, on July 24th, 2018. This mycotoxin binder is very effective, because thanks to its patented molecule called Silicoglycidol, mycotoxins cross the intestinal tract without causing enteritis (irritation in the wall of the intestine), or mycotoxicosis (they are not absorbed).

More benefits of this product are that does not adsorb other products such as vitamins, enzymes, amino acids or drugs. In addition, it is effective at low doses (0.5 kg / ton), does not leave residues and does not require a period of suppression.

SILICOGLYCIDOL

The Silicoglycidol molecule, patented in 1986, contains calcium, aluminum and sodium ions inserted in the structure of the silicate, which optimizes the distances between oxygen molecules and increases the ability to fix mycotoxins at different pH through the digestive tract, going through it, without causing irritation in the intestinal walls (enteritis) and without being absorbed (mycotoxicosis).

MYCOTOXINS

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites secreted by fungi that grow in feed, under certain conditions, potentially dangerous for animal and human health. Its presence, which is reported all over the world, causes large economic losses.

Some peculiarities of this type of metabolites are: the presence of fungi does not imply the production of mycotoxins; Each genus of fungi can produce different mycotoxins and the same mycotoxin can be produced by different species of fungi. All these factors make very complicated to control the presence of mycotoxins.
