From February 20 to 22, 2025, Biovet S.A. attended the 13th International Poultry Show, organized by WPSA-BB. This key event for the poultry sector in Bangladesh brought together producers and suppliers from around the world, establishing itself as a strategic meeting point for the industry.

Biovet participated alongside its distributors from Bangladesh and Nepal, addressing numerous inquiries about its products, which have been on the Bangladeshi market for nearly a decade. On this occasion, Alquerfeed Antitox attracted great interest among attendees. This globally patented integral mycotoxin binder has demonstrated excellent performance in the country due to its low application dose and high specificity, without affecting the absorption of vitamins or amino acids.

Another highlight of the event was Alquermold Natural, a widely recognized preservative for raw materials and balanced feeds. This time, emphasis was placed on its effectiveness in preventing digestive disorders such as necrotic enteritis, a recurring challenge in poultry farming.

Additionally, Alquerfeed Diatom AN, a recent innovation based on activated diatoms, pronutrients, and natural antimicrobial molecules, was introduced. This technology regulates digestive transit speed, enhances nutrient absorption and digestibility, and prevents digestive challenges in animal production. Solutions for reducing ammonia levels in farms were also discussed, highlighting the role of Alquernat Yucca in this area.

During the event, Biovet celebrated the 20-year trajectory of its distributor in Bangladesh, a milestone that reaffirms its commitment to the local market. The presence of the distributor in Nepal and regional clients further strengthened commercial relationships and explored new opportunities in the poultry sector.
