In November a technical and commercial team of Biovet S.A. travelled to Mexico to meet with the main companies and present the natural products of Biovet S.A. Veracruz, Guanjauto, Queretaro and Yucatán were the states visited this time. These regions stand out for having a great production of eggs, broilers and pigs.

Products to ensure intestinal health and integrity in broilers

Some of the chicken consumed in Mexico is characterized by having a yellow colour, due to the pigments that are added in the diet. If the intestinal health is disturbed, pigmentation will also be affected. For this reason, intestinal health products were the most prominent for poultry companies during the meetings.

Alquernat Nebsui was one of the products recommended during the meeting. It is an intestinal conditioner that promote the regeneration of enterocytes, improve the absorption of nutrients, optimize digestive processes and replace antibiotic growth promoters.

The natural preservative, Alquermold Natural, was also presented. It is an intestinal biocide to promote the balance of the intestinal flora, to avoid growing of Salmonella, E. coli, Clostridium and Staphylococcus.

Both products were presented as a complete solution focused on health and intestinal integrity for broilers.

Pronutrients to improve productive parameters in pigs

In the case of pig production, Mexican producers are looking for natural alternatives that reduce the use of chemical additives commonly used in animal feed.

To that end, the use of Alquernat Nebsui for post weaning diarrhea and for the improvement of the productive parameters in withdrawal period was indicated.

The natural immunostimulant, Alquernat Inmuplus, is another product that can be used in the production of pigs, specifically, to improve the antibody titer and therefore the resistance to diseases such as Influenza or Mycoplasma.
