Around 80 people took part in the XXX Biovet International Symposium that was held from October 27th to 31st in Cordoba. The conferences were hosted at the Mudéjar Room in the Cordoba University’s rectorate. Dra. Rosario Moyano, dean of the Veterinary Sciences Faculty, and Dr. Jaime Borrell, president of Biovet, participated during the inauguration and closure of the event.

The event brought together distributors and customers from 12 different nationalities (China, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Roumania, the United States, Peru, Bolivia, Guatemala and Ireland) that came to Cordoba to attend the Symposium, the objective of which is to provide with information about recent research and development of Biovet’s products.

The speeches were delivered by professors from different Universities, such as Dr. Yu, from Fujian Forestry and Agriculture University; Dr. Taohidul Islam, from a University of Bangladesh; Dr. Rosemberg, from the Universidad Científica del Sur; Dr. Kolapo Ajuwon, from Purdue University; and Dr. Cristina Latasa, from Recombina and the Universidad de Navarra; the event also held the speeches delivered by a Biovet’s technical team. Drs. Eduardo Torres and Alfonso Sobalvarro were the moderators of multiple sessions.

Once more, the Symposium was a success regarding the participation in this international forum, which focuses on the optimization of feed for animals reared for human consumption.
