The EuroTier 2024 trade fair, which took place in Hanover (Germany) from 12 to 15 November, made a strong impression, providing key drivers relevant to business in the livestock sectors worldwide. A powerhouse of innovations at the highest level, the world’s leading trade fair for professional livestock farming welcomed 2,193 exhibitors from 51 countries this week with the latest solutions and technologies for the livestock sector. Some 120,000 visitors from 149 countries took advantage of the international meeting place for the industry, underlining the trade fair’s leading role in animal welfare, sustainability, digitalization and artificial intelligence.

Under the guiding theme “We innovate animal farming”, EuroTier 2024 provided strong drivers for the national and international livestock farming industry.

Biovet S.A. participated once again in the fair, at booth J05, Hall 21, where our colleagues welcomed visitors and held meetings with distributors and customers from Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Canada.

The most outstanding products were the mycotoxin binders, Alquerfeed Antitox and Alquerfeed Binmold, and the Alquernat line, based on pronutrients.

A novelty presented during the talks, ALQUERFEED DIATOM NAT, is a product line that combines activated diatoms, pronutrients and cimenol ring, depending on the product of the line and the final indication. Activated diatoms are intended to slow down intestinal transit and slightly acidify the digestive environment, and thus improve digestibility and animal growth.

Pronutrients enhance the effect of diatoms, promoting the regeneration of the digestive mucosa, boosting the local immunity and nutrient absorption. In addition to this, cimenol ring controls the pathogenic intestinal flora. Thanks to this combination, diet utilization, productive performance and animal welfare are improved.

The next EuroTier trade fair will take place in Hanover, Germany, from 10 to 13 November 2026, where we will be present again.
