The technical team of Biovet has visited the regions of Guangxi and of Fujian (China), to conduct a training for sales team of pig farming of this area. During the event, Dr. Elvira Cano presented attendees various natural and innovative products of the company, whose objective is to improve the health status of the animals and productive parameters of the farms, respecting animal welfare.  As a final summary has been explained the development of the main pathologies that can occur in pig farms.

THE DIGESTIVE MUCOSA REGENERATORS

Regarding the presentation of products, Cano emphasized the mechanism of action and in vitro and field tests of the Alquernat Nebsui intestinal conditioner a premix powder as an oral solution, since animal races present such genetic potential that need high protein and energy content. This implies that the digestive system must function under extreme conditions and, therefore, the pathogenic microorganisms be appeared.

The different pronutrients of Alquernat Nebsui promote the regeneration of the digestive epithelium, improving the state of the mucosa and, therefore, the absorption of nutrients. In addition, new cells are more resistant to pathogen invasion, so this product allows replacing AGPs.

CONTROL OF THE MAIN PATHOGENIC MICROORGANISMS

On the other hand, during the technical-commercial training the important role of preservative has been highlighted which a product is named Alquermold Natural. It is a bactericide and fungicide for raw materials and compound foods, which combines the action of an active principle of natural origin, the ring cimenol, with citric acid. In addition, its incorporation into drinking water allows the control of the main pathogenic colonizing microorganisms of the intestine, such as Salmonella, E. coli, Clostridium, Staphylococcus, fungi and yeasts.
