On February 9. Biovet S.A. joined Feedlatina, the association of Latin American and Caribbean feed industry. Feedlatina was founded in Brazil in 2007 by several local entities with the aim of greater integration within Latin American countries and a stronger international presence in the animal nutrition sector. The association is located in the headquarters of Mercosur, in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Feedlatina is an important hub of the sector as it mediates between its members and policymakers and actively promotes the strategies of current issues that impact its collaborators at major international forums.

Feedlatina works in close collaboration with international organizations in the food, epizooties, health, and veterinary sector worldwide.

Among its partners’ various non-profit trade organizations are represented, like the Latin American Poultry Association (ALA), Brazilian Poultry Association (UBABEF), Latin American Animal Nutrition Association (CLANA), ministries of agriculture, livestock, and food safety of Latin American countries.

Biovet S.A. is grateful for its admission to Feedlatina and looks forward to being incorporated into the different committees of the association, cooperating in research and internalization, as well as sharing its 39 years of experience in the market.
