The Mycotoxin Workshop is considered one of the oldest and most established scientific meetings worldwide in this field, with a history dating back to scientific meetings first held in Germany in 1979 and, since 1997, consolidated as an annual European event focused on mycotoxin research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this edition, the scientific programme addressed key topics such as the <strong>occurrence and management of mycotoxins<\/strong>, <strong>fungal biology and ecology<\/strong>, <strong>toxicology<\/strong>, <strong>biomonitoring<\/strong>, analytical techniques and <strong>remediation and mitigation<\/strong> strategies. The 2026 edition also included content related to <strong>data science, omics and artificial intelligence<\/strong>, reflecting the evolution of applied research in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:35% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"5712\" height=\"4284\" src=\"https:\/\/biovet-alquermes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Image-37.jpeg\" alt=\"47th Mycotoxin Workshop\" class=\"wp-image-62804 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the workshop, Biovet S.A. presented the scientific poster entitled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/biovet-alquermes.com\/en\/producto\/alquerfeed-antitox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cIn Vitro Binding Evaluation of Silicoglycidol, a Mycotoxin Binding Technology Under Simulated Gastrointestinal Conditions of Broiler Chickens\u201d<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work focused on the <strong><em>in vitro<\/em><\/strong> evaluation of the binding capacity of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/biovet-alquermes.com\/en\/producto\/alquerfeed-antitox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Silicoglycidol<\/a><\/strong>, a technology developed for mycotoxin adsorption under simulated gastrointestinal conditions in broiler chickens.
