This time, the congress will focus on <strong>\u2018INTESTINAL WELFARE AND FOOD SAFETY\u2019<\/strong> and will be organized by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.veterinariadigital.com\/\">Veterinaria Digital<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>food industry<\/strong> is paying a lot of attention to avoid the presence of <strong>potentially pathogenic microorganisms in contaminated food<\/strong>, especially in animal products, which represent a threat for <strong>food safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food safety<\/strong> has become an important concern globally in animal production. Several <strong>zoonosis controls measures have been implemented in slaughterhouses and food processing plants<\/strong>. However, foodborne diseases still are a problem of great impact. <em>Salmonella, Campylobacter, Escherichia coli <\/em>and <em>Clostridium<\/em> are some of the most prevalent microorganisms in products of animal origin.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pronutrients and preservatives <\/strong><strong>for the control of pathogenic microorganisms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Biovet S.A. has developed <strong>natural solutions to prevent and control main microorganisms that can cause zoonoses<\/strong>. The use of <a href=\"https:\/\/biovet-alquermes.com\/en\/linea-pronutrientes-en\/\"><strong>pronutrients<\/strong><\/a> and natural preservatives in feed and drinking water helps to <strong>promote intestinal welfare<\/strong>, reduce intestinal loads and, as consequence, <strong>prevent contamination<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Biovet Symposium will start with an introduction about the most important concepts that affects intestinal welfare. Then, Biovet team will present the new solutions developed to promote the welfare of the digestive system of the birds and <strong>reduce microbiological contamination of products of animal origin for human consumption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar will be organized by Veterinaria Digital and in the coming days the program will be announced.
