The general conclusions demonstrate that the administration of the product <strong>improves the status of the digestive mucosa and increases nutrients absorption<\/strong>. As a result, laying rate and egg weigh are increased.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Heat stress influence on layers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>During hot seasons, laying rate may be affected by the <strong>high temperatures<\/strong>. This phenomenon results in <strong>lower egg production<\/strong> and <strong>eggshell disorders<\/strong>.\u00a0 Another stressful factor for layers is <strong>age<\/strong>. As the age of layers increases, they ability to <strong>absorb nutrients decreases<\/strong> as well as the production, size of eggs and eggshells problems.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, Biovet S.A. carried out a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.veterinariadigital.com\/en\/post_blog\/efecto-de-pronutrientes-acondicionadores-intestinales-en-ponedoras-en-ambientes-calurosos\/\">trial in a commercial farm in Japan<\/a> to study the use of Alquernat Nebsui as an <strong>intestinal physiology optimizer<\/strong> and <strong>as an intestinal absorption<\/strong> <strong>enhancer<\/strong> <strong>during hot seasons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Results shown an improvement of the physiological status of the intestine that results in a <strong>higher production of eggs <\/strong>(6.2%) and in an <strong>increase of egg weight<\/strong> (0.5 grams per egg), keeping the qualities of the eggshell.<\/p>\n<p>The benefits were achieved thanks to an improvement of the intestinal mucosa that helps to increase nutrients absorption and animals can produce more and bigger eggs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Previous trial in Mississippi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In 2018, Biovet had already developed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.veterinariadigital.com\/en\/articulos\/effect-of-pronutrients-in-laying-hens\/\">trial in the Mississippi State University<\/a> in which the effect of Alquernat Nebsui on productive parameters in laying hens was proven.<\/p>\n<p>Results shown better productive parameters with a <strong>higher laying rate<\/strong> (+2.9%) and <strong>better FCR<\/strong>. In addition, <strong>higher content in carotenes<\/strong>\u00a0in the yolk was observed in the treated batch what showed that\u00a0<strong>intestinal absorption was increased.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>About Alquernat Nebsui<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alquernat Nebsui is a product based on intestinal conditioner pronutrients.
